Our clients check our webiste and also our standard or best selling packages Tour in Nepal and  Trekking in Nepal there are tour and trekking packages of different lenghts and different destinations. Some of our clients choose exactly the same pacakge while some of them like to change some part or add more activities in the itinerary then they send us email with their interest. We communicate in email and first finalyze the program and day to day itinerary of entire tour. We also finalyze the hotel catagory and hotel names from our suggestions and clients choice. Then we give the exact final cost of the program with inclusions and exclusions in the cost.

Then our clients pays 20% to 25% of the cost to confirm the tour which means confirm with hotels, transportation, guides, mountain flight tickets. We accept credit card payment on that case we may ask to send credit card details by fax or email. After the transaction is made we will send scanned copy of the recipt. Our clients can also pay through paypal from our homepage. Some of our client will pay through account transfer and some will use money transfer services. Then remaining package cost is paid after the arrival of client on cash reaching hotel.

When we receive the advance payment we confirm with all the hotels, guides, transportation, any domestic flights or mountain flights. Then when the arrival date of clients comes close like 15 days we again confirm with all the parties. On the day of arrival we go to the airport before the arrival time and get ourself stand by with the name of client printed in a big bold letters in the arrival section of airport. Once we meet we transfer clients to the hotel and get them check in and give the brief description of the tour and client pays the remaining cost then tour guide will take the responsibility of the scheduled itinerary.
